Introduction
Luum's virtual Commuter Transit Card makes purchasing your transit passes a completely digital experience, and eliminates the time it takes to have a physical commuter card shipped to you in the mail. To use your virtual Commuter Transit Card, follow the instructions in this article.

The virtual card may only be used for online purchases. If you plan on using your card for in person purchases, please sign up for the physical card option.
Using Your Virtual Commuter Card for Payment
When making transit pass purchases on your transit agency's website or mobile app, you can use your virtual Commuter Card as the payment method just as you would with any other credit or debit card. When entering your payment details, simply enter your Commuter Card details and your company's billing zip code. Finding Your Virtual Commuter Card Details
After you have elected the Commuter Transit Card, your Commuter Card details will be displayed in your employer's commute website. To find your Commuter Card details, follow these instructions:
1. Log into your employer's commute website.
2. Navigate to the Commuter Cards page, which is found in the menu on the left side of the screen.
The last four digits of your card number, Expiration Date, and Billing Address will be shown on this page.
To view additional card details such as your complete card number and CVV, click View Card. On the subsequent page, the complete card number and CVV will be displayed on the image of the card. Additionally, the available balance, billing address, and any spending restrictions (if applicable) will be displayed. When taking note of your card details to make a purchase, be sure to use the zip code listed in the Billing Address field, which will match your employer's billing address.
