Introduction
The Commuter Transit Card makes it easy to use your employer subsidy and pre-tax dollars to purchase TAP Card products. Before purchasing your transit passes, enroll in the Commuter Transit Card.

If your preferred transit agency is listed here, follow the instructions below to purchase your transit product using the Commuter Transit Card.

Order a New TAP Card
Follow these instructions to purchase your Tap Card passes. Please allow up to 10 days to receive your card in the mail.
1. Visit https://www.taptogo.net/ and click Create Account.
2. Next, complete your account details and click Submit.
3. Once your account information is loaded, click Buy or Reload Tap Card.
4. To purchase a new card, click Purchase Card. In the Purchase a new TAP card section, click Add to add a Regional Pass, Agency Pass or Stored Value.
5. Choose the appropriate pass from the drop down menu and click Add to Cart.
6. When you have added the desired passes to your cart, click Checkout. 
7. Click Add a credit/debit card and enter your Commuter Transit Card details. Click Save. If you elected the virtual Commuter Transit Card option, follow the instructions in this article to find your card details.
Note
You will need to enter your company's billing address details, which can be found in your Commute Hub on the Commuter Card page.
8. Review your cart, payment and shipping details, then click Purchase.
Reload a TAP Card
You can add value to a TAP card you already own. To do so, follow these instructions.
1. Visit https://www.taptogo.net/ and click My TAP Cards at the top of any page. Then click Manage My Cards.
2. Follow steps 4 through 8 above to complete the checkout process.
