Transit Products Fulfilled Through ORCA Card
If your preferred transit agency is listed here, follow the instructions below to purchase your transit product using the Commuter Transit Card.

Order a New ORCA Card
Follow these instructions to purchase your Tap Card passes. Please allow up to 10 days to receive your card in the mail.
1. Visit https://orcacard.com/ and click Get a Card.
2. Next, click Create a My ORCA login and choose the applicable option.
3. Fill out your cardholder details and click Create Account.
4. Click Order a card, then choose the option or order a new registered ORCA card and click Continue.
5. Validate your personal details and click Continue.
6. Choose your desired purchase option and click Continue.
7. Click Pay Now to purchase your card.
8. Enter the details for your Commuter Transit Card as your payment type and click Submit Payment. If you elect the virtual Commuter Transit Card option, follow the instructions in this article to find your card details.
Note
You will need to enter your company's billing address details, which can be found in your Commute Hub on the Commuter Cards page.
Set Up Autoload for Your ORCA Card
You can set up Autoload on your ORCA card to automatically load your pre-tax and employer subsidized dollars onto your ORCA card. To do so, follow these instructions.
1. On the ORCA Card website, click Autoload from the My ORCA menu.
2. Read through the overview and click Start. Validate your email address and select the button next to E-purse. Then click Add Autoload.
3. Enter your desired Autoload amount, ensure your Commuter Transit Card is selected as the Payment Method and click Update Autoload.
